I see what you mean, but do you think it's possible that the Domino 6.x Server is stopping packets from fragmenting, or having a problem with receiving fragmented packets? Do you think it's worth adding a 5.x gateway to test it out?
And what do you think would be causing the problem to still appear with a low MTU size (remembering that I tried 500)?
